Step 4

Personal Information:

The first section for you to complete is the “Personal Information” section, which is broken down into 4 areas:

When a section has been completed it will display a green tick on the right-hand side, like in the image above. If it is incomplete, it will display a white exclamation mark in a red circle.

If a question is starred with a red asterisk, this means it is a required piece of information and must be completed in order to progress through the application process.

Personal Details:

Please complete the first section with your personal details.

Some of the boxes, such as Title, Gender, Date of Birth, Country of birth, nationality, and ‘Which country are you living in right now’ are all drop down menus to select an answer from.

The remaining boxes are freehand to type into.

Contact Information:

If you select: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Guernsey, Isle of Man (The) or Jersey, from the initial drop-down menu “Country”, it will prompt you with a lookup box to find the postcode of your address (see image below). This will then auto fill the address information on the main form once you have selected your address details.

If any other country is selected, this lookup box will not appear and you just need to type the address into the boxes provided.

Equal Opportunities:

Select the option that most closely describes your Ethnic Origin from the provided drop down menu and then select the relevant option from the multiple-choice question about declaring any disabilities.

Fee Status:

Please fill out this section accurately by moving the toggle to answer the question regarding being resident in England for 3 years prior to the start of your programme.

If you select “No”, to the question “Have you been resident in England for the 3 years prior to the start of your programme?” two additional extra questions will appear. Again, please answer accurately:
